starting tonight!!!!!!!

I am dripping wet! I started my new years body building shape up or ship out regime. I am committed, I am devoted, I am responsible for the flap of a body I have grown into in the last two years! Things are gonna change, and it will start right now. I am going to run and walk two miles a day......just got through with that......thus the dripping wet condition.....also, I am going to be swimming every morning at fivethirty .....except the days I go skiing......I will report each and every day to you, my fellow strappers, so you can also hold me accountable.
