Today I had to go to Boise to Dr. Blazer. He does my root-canals. He is so good at it. He never has to give me a numming pain shot. He does everything cold turkey. He is that good. I never feel anything. No pain during, and no pain after.
After I finished I went to Nicoles to see the kids for a hour. They were all so sweet. Kassia had a friend over and they were playing dress up. So cute! Kasen went right to sleep so I only saw him for a second. His new haircut is so precious. Jesiah just go home from school when I was leaving. He is full of hugs and kisses for his TUTU.
I then went to visit my parents. They invited me to lunch with them. Mom made a really yummy lunch, and it was such a enjoyable time sitting and visiting with them. Rod came over, and it was so nice to see him. He is a very handsome man. When I hugged him goodbye, he smelled so good. He must have had aftershave on, or else his soap is very good smelling. It is fun to hug someone when they smell so good.
Dad is looking really great. I am so impressed with his energy. He has a bright light in his eyes and he shines with love when he talks to you. I noticed that when he was talking to Mom, he had a special look in his eyes. As did Mom. I guess when you live with your sweetheart for as long as my parents have, then you have that special love look in your eyes. It was very wonderful to spend a little time with them.

closet
I am so excited that my closet is almost done! Terry has been working really hard putting it together. It will be fun to put my clothes in and all my shoes. It will be very nice to have all my stuff in one place.
Terry is leaving for two weeks on Sunday morning. I will miss him. I am very grateful that Brandi and the boys are here with me. It will help the time go faster. I so enjoy the family.
I am very grateful for the blessing given to me and our family by a kind and loving Father in Heaven. These last couple of days have been so warm and sunshine filled. I love spring time.
I had some pictures that are posted from January 28th. Here is a link: http://tutuwithlove.blogspot.com/2008/01/mom-and-della-at-moms-birthday-party.html

sunshine snow
Skiing in the sunshine is the best! We had so much fun! Jesiah, Terry and I went skiing on Saturday. Ken and Tyson went skiing also. However, only saw them at lunch in the lodge. Jesiah and I skiied on Bear and Red Fox and Easy Street. Jesiah is a very good skier. He was picking up snow between his knees and still having so much fun. He just goes down the hill. He only fell once. I on the other hand, fell twice. Once when I was skiing with Jesiah, and after Jesiah left with Ken to go home, Terry and I went to the top, and I was having so much fun, when suddenly, I was on my face. Holy Smokes! I was so surprised to find myself on my face. It was not graceful, or nice it was down right harsh. Luckly I was not hurt bad, and all is well with my body.
Terry finished my closet! Man, I am so excited to get my closet organized. I have wonderful shelves and lots of room in my closet. Thank you my sweetheart husband. You are a jewel.
I was happy to spend time up at the cabin. The snow is so beautiful.

catch up
It's been such a long time since I've taken the time it takes to catch up. Since my last post, alot has happened.
Terry and I went up to the cabin to ski the weekend of the ice festival. We were suppose to be in Portland, however, when we got to Baker City, the highway was closed, so off we went beck home. We decided to go up to the cabin, it was thursday so, we would beable to ski all day Friday, and then on Saturday. How much fun would that be! We got up to the 4th lane turn off to the cabin around five pm. The snow was as high as our car on both sides. We stopped at the begining of the lane, and looked down the lane. We couldn't see anything, because it was a white out with the wind blowing across the lane. We decided to go for it. I looked out my side window and told Terry when he was getting to close to the side. I'm not kidding. It was that much of a white out. So, we got about a quater of a mile in, and lo and behold, we were high centered. I got very paniced. Terry got the idea to go and get a shovel from the cabin. So, off he went. Suddenly, I could see us on the weekend news....Couple stranded on lane, husband lost, walking to cabin, wife paniced in car. I could just see it, suddenly, I saw Terry running back to the car, smiling, and he ran right past the car. He saw a now plow, and thought it would turn down our lane. It didn't. He came back to the car, and got in. Luckly, my phone works, and luckly Krystal was home when we called. She looked on the internet, and found a towing company for us. Let me back up just a bit, When we stopped at Krystals home on the way to the cabin, the weather was realy crapy and she strongly advised that we not leave for the cabin. She told us it was dangerous, and not a good idea to go. When I talked to her and told her what was happeniing, she was very upset with us that we had not listened. As it turned out, we paid, I mean we really paid for not listening to her. The tow truck finally came. When it finally got to us, the snow had drifted to the height of our car, in the front and back. So, the tow truck had to drag us out of the hole. He took us up the lane, to the highway. What an adventure. Not in a good way. We then had to get a hotel room for the night. We were lucky it was Thursday night. The rest of the weekend was totally booked.
The next morning, we went skiing. It was so weird, we pulled into the back parking lot, so we could just hop in a chair lift and go up the hill what was really strange, is there was a bunch of skiers walking back to thier cars. They had stopped skiing after only a half hour skiing. Terry asked the car next to us why they were calling it a day so early. They complained that there was to Much Snow. So strange! Never heard that before. I couldn't believe it. We then asked some more skiers, What we found out was, the grooming hadn't been done to all of the hills. The poweder was just to deep. So, Terry and I just checked out which hills were groomed, and we skied all day. What a fun time we had. It was perfect. The next day, we went skiing, and it was foggy and snowing hard. Since I am a fair weather skier, I sat in the lodge and talked with friends. Terry of course skis in any weather. He LOVES to ski.
Valentines Day, I recieved a very wonderful surprise! Terry gave me a wonderful new watch. I seem to alway buy myself watches I can swim in, yet are not attractive. Terry bought me a watch that is very pretty, and I can swim with it! So cool. Then he gave me a card, however, the card was in a huge manila envolope. I opened it and had the surprise of my life!! Terry heard the Dr. Laura show on my radio in my car one day, and she was talking about a cruise she was putting together. Terry knows I really love Dr. Laura, and I've always wanted to go on a cruise, so he decided we were going, and he bought it for me! I was sooooo happy! I am very excited!
I got Terry a very boring piece of lugguage. He will be leaving for two weeks the first of March, so he needs a large lugguage for his trip.
Last week I started having pain in my jaw again. Oh my goodness, my teeth are so bad! So, I went to the dentist, and he gave me pills and told me to go see Dr. Blazer for a rootcanal again. However, meantime, my gums swelled up so big, that it lifted my tooth. So this last weekend was awful ful of pain. On Tuesday, I saw Dr. Blazer, and now I feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Blazer!
My Mom and Dad are doing wonderful. I was able to see both of them on Saturday. The funeral for Andy was Saturday. It was a beatiful funeral. The crowd was overflow clear outside to the sidewalk. Vikki and Keith made a wonderful table of all the pictures and growing up moments of Andy. It was hard to control myself. I am so thankful for the Gospel and I know where Andy is and I am proud of Andy's decisions in life. He is in the loving embrace of our Father in Heaven.

Loved one lost

On Sunday, we got some horrible news. Our dear sweet Andy Stenberg died in a terrible crash. My little sister lost her beloved son. My dear brother lost his son, and Andy's twin sister, and his big brother all lost their brother and friend.
Andy was a most happy boy. All his life, he brought joy and happiness to his family, and extended family. Andy had a big smile, and he wore it all the time. It just didn't matter if he was in trouble, or in mishif, he still wore his ear to ear grin.
Andy was a free spirit, he loved the outdoors. My memories of him are mostly at Hells Canyon. He grew up in the Canyon, and he loved the beauty of the mountains. He loved to plant and watch and nuture Gods earth. He was a hunter, fisher and friend to all whom he met.
Andy was only 23 years old when he left this earthly life to return home to Our Father in Heaven. I am sure he was welcomed with open loving arms.
My prayers of love go to those whom are left behind. I love them all and only want to be a gental help, and support to them. All of the Stenbergs are a strong and spiritaul family. With Gods hand, and his loving embrace, I am sure they will find comfort.
I wish for the Stenberg Family peace. May you find joy and comfort in your memories of Andy. May you laugh and celebrate his life, as Andy did. May your pain give yeild to love for one another. May you embrace the extended loved ones that come to you with open arms. May you share your hopes and dreams with those whom lead a loving moment.
Oh dearest sister Vikki, I can not imagine the pain you must be feeling. I wish with all my heart that I could help you carry your deepest pain. I love you and your family, and I want to hold you and kiss you.
I will continue to pray for you and yours
